We operate the website wittsconveyancing.co.uk (the “Site”) and provide residential conveyancing services through the solicitors’ firm Taylor Rose MW, authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.

• HM Land Registry, search providers, local authorities, mortgage lenders, estate agents and other parties to a transaction.

• Professional advisers (barristers, accountants, insurers), auditors, and our IT, web-hosting, CRM, document-management and ID-verification suppliers.

• Regulators (e.g. SRA, ICO) or law-enforcement agencies where required.

• Successors in the event of a merger or business transfer (in that case, you will be notified).

All service providers are bound by confidentiality and security obligations, and processors act only on our instructions.

We aim to keep your data within the UK/EEA. Where this is not possible (for example, a cloud provider in the USA) we use one or more of:
